Counselling

What is counselling?
Counselling is: A secure environment for sensitive topics to be discussed in an accepting atmosphere. A period of self-reflection and a place for healing. An environment where you can reflect on how you got to where you are and how to make changes to have a healthier and happier life. The opportunity to consider personal changes. A non-judgemental space to discuss your thoughts, without being told what to do.

If you would like to find out more, call or email, I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have about counselling.
